Track your resident license and each non-resident license side by side. If your resident state's CE covers a non-resident license, the app tracks just its date.
For all 50 states and DC, pick your license type and a state preset fills in the cycle, required hours and requirements. Tap View sources to see where each value came from. If your license type isn't listed, choose Other (enter by hand), enter the cycle and hours from your state's records, and add each required item with Add requirement. Read CE requirements by state.
When your state confirms your renewal, tap Mark renewed. The license starts a new cycle, and the old one keeps its courses under Past cycles.
The Next deadline card shows what is due first. Each license has a ring that fills as your hours add up, and a status: Complete, In progress, Due soon, Behind or Past due.
Open a license to see its required topics, such as law and ethics hours, and the courses in this cycle. One-time trainings, like Florida's annuity training, are checkboxes you tick once.
Log each course with its hours, category and date, and choose which licenses it counts toward. Keep the certificate with it: scan it, or pick a file or photo.
Track the certifications you redo every year, such as a carrier's product training. Each shows Current, Expires soon or Expired. When you redo one, tap Renew, and the old one moves to Archived.
Keep a list of the carriers you're appointed with, by state, as active or terminated. An active appointment with a Renews date gets reminders 30 and 7 days before it renews.
Get a reminder 90, 60, 30, 14, 7 and 1 days before a license is due, and 60, 30, 14 and 7 days before a certification expires. Change the days, pick the time of day, or give one license its own list.
A weekly digest each Monday lists any license that is behind. Tap Add due dates to Calendar to put your due dates in Calendar as all-day events.
Share a CE Summary PDF for an audit, an employer or your own records. It shows your name and NPN, and each license's due date, status, hours, requirements and courses.
Share a CSV of every course and certification, or a certificate ZIP with every certificate from one cycle.
Make an encrypted backup: one password-protected file with all your licenses, courses, certificates and settings. Restore it on a new phone.
No accounts, and nothing collected. Your records stay on your device. With the unlock, they sync through your own iCloud to your iPhone and iPad, not to our servers.
Turn on Lock with Face ID so the app asks for Face ID before anyone sees your records. On devices without Face ID, the switch is Lock with Touch ID or Lock with Passcode. Read the privacy policy.
The free version covers one license. A one-time unlock removes every limit. No subscription.
